The Association’s Office offers to its members the following services:

- Logistical support for the organization of scientific and social activities
- Access to physical installations at the Institut (space and equipment)
- Access to the IRCM's documentation centre
- Access to the Institut’s penthouse apartment
- Distribution of job offers to Association members
- Invitation to conferences and seminars held at the Institut (via the weekly Activités scientifiques newsletter )
- Promotional material for the Institut and its projects
- Production and publication of the alumni newsletter Le Facteur de transmission
- Email address reserved exclusively for Association members: anciens@ircm.qc.ca
- Managements of the Association’s section of the IRCM website
- Maintenance of the Association's profile on the professional social network LinkedIn
- Managements and regular updating of the membership list
