Dîner annuel
2011
En 2011, Edmée Métivier et Patrice Bernard de la Banque de développement du Canada ont coprésidé le dîner annuel de la Fondation de l’IRCM, qui a eu lieu le mercredi 16 novembre à l'hôtel Hilton Bonaventure Montréal. Les résultats nets du dîner annuel 2011 ont été dévoilés lors de la soirée, soit 162 450 $. Ce montant servira, entre autres, à remettre des bourses d’excellence aux étudiants et stagiaires postdoctoraux de l’IRCM.
Au cours de l'événement, l'Institut a remis la Médaille du mérite 2011 à Gérard A. Limoges, président sortant du conseil d’administration de l’IRCM, pour son engagement, son dévouement et sa participation active au rayonnement de l'IRCM.
La soirée qui réunissait près de 400 personnes des milieux d’affaires, universitaire et philanthropique, était animée par Normand Brathwaite, et s’est terminée par un spectacle du talentueux jazzman canadien, Rémi Bolduc et son ensemble.

In 2011, Edmée Métivier et Patrice Bernard from the Business Development Bank of Canada co-chaired the IRCM Foundation’s annual dinner, which took place on Wednesday, November 16, at the Hilton Bonaventure Montréal. The event's net results were unveiled: $162,450. This amount will, among other things, serve to grant scholarships to IRCM students and postdoctoral fellows.
During the evening, the Institut presented the 2011 Merit Award to Gérard A. Limoges, outgoing Chairman of the IRCM Board of Directors, for his commitment, devotion and participation to the development of the IRCM.
The event, which brought together nearly 400 people from the business, academic and philanthropic sectors, was hosted by Normand Brathwaite, and ended with a show by the talented Canadian jazzman Rémi Bolduc and his ensemble.
