Jean-Pierre Desrosiers

Jean-Pierre Desrosiers holds a license in administration and accounting, and became a chartered accountant in 1973. In 1993, he became Fellow of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec. Mr. Desrosiers spent most of his career at KPMG, where he held numerous positions, including that of partner of the Montreal office for 10 years, and Canadian partner in market strategies. He also sat on the Board of Directors for KPMG America and KPMG Canada. Today, he is partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin. Mr. Desrosiers is also a very active member of community. In addition to taking part in numerous fundraising campaigns, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cirque Éloize, member of the Board and of the Audit Committee at Concordia University, and Chairman of the Board for the Marc-Aurèle Fortin Museum. He is also a Board member for the Foundation of the Jewish General Hospital, La Pietà, Le Chaînon and the KPMG Foundation. He has been a member of the IRCM Foundation’s Board of Directors since October 2010 and is a member of the Audit Committee.
