The Scientific Management Committee's mandate is to advise the President and Scientific Director on such issues as the recruitment of research unit directors, the Institut’s strategic planning, and the relevance of core facilities. The committee must also act as a communication liaison between the President and Scientific Director and the research program members. The committee is composed of the five research program directors and is chaired by the President and Scientific Director.
