Next generation sequencing

The core provides customed (protocols) and low quantity adapted services of Next Generation Sequencing, on Illumina HiSeq 2000.

Few applications are availables :

  • Genome sequencing
  • Exome : genes capture followed by sequencing
  • ChIP Seq : methylation
  • RNA Seq : mRNA or rRNA deplation protocols and/or strand-specific.

All of these applications are available in paired-end format with usually 50 or 100 cylces. An average of 150 million reads can be generated per lane (8 lanes are available on a flowcell lame).
