The operating of the super-computer and peripheral machines is CentOS version 5.6 final.

Storage
Dell MD3200 SAS Storage array with hot spare disk to securely store project-related data. It is composed of a 12 disks array which was used to build two RAID6 virtual disks of 7.5TB each, further connected in a software RAID0 virtual disk, resulting in a storage of 15TB.
