Gene Transcription and Proteomics

SUMMARY OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

This laboratory is interested by the dynamic organization of the human interactome. More particularly, the scientists seek to understand how the molecular machines that decode our genome, the RNA polymerases, are regulated through their numerous interactions with other cellular proteins, the nascent RNA and the DNA template; and how deregulations of this complex molecular network lead to diseases such as cancer.
