The Association’s office offers to its members the following services:
- administrative support;
- logistic support for the organization of scientific and social activities;
- access to the physical installations of the Institute (rooms, audiovisual, etc.). Information
- access to the documentation center of the Institute. Information
- access to the apartment (penthouse) of the Institute. Information
- transmission of job offers to the members. Information
- invitation to conferences and seminars held at the Institute (through the weekly bulletin « Activités scientifiques »);
- material necessary to the promotion of the Institute and of its projects;
- production and publication of the Alumnae bulletin - Le facteur de transmission;
- electronic address reserved for the members of the Association anciens@ircm.qc.ca;
- microsite dedicated to the needs of the Association on the website of the IRCM;
- management of the Alumnae computer file.
