The Research Unit in Cytoskeletal Organization and Cell Migration at the IRCM, led by Dr. Jean-François Côté, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Research Assistant.
Summary of responsibilities
The research assistant will be responsible of a research project and will participate in the training of students of the laboratory. They are also responsible for devoting part of their time to the management (e.g. to taking charge of the orders) and to the effective functioning of the laboratory.

The laboratory also examines the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics in vivo, particularly during muscle development and breast cancer progression. To achieve this, the laboratory uses approaches including biochemistry, cell biology and animal models.
The projects are funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), and the Cancer Research Society (CRS).
