Technical research assistant

Under the supervision of Dr. Racine, the Technical research assistant will be in charge of :

Main tasks

  • Tasks will include coding and analyzing data, copy editing, translation, literature searches, and manuscript preparation and formatting.

Required qualifications

  • Undergraduate training (ongoing or completed) in social sciences (philosophy, psychology, sociology, medical anthropology), bioethics, health sciences or another relevant field of study
  • Interest in pursuing theoretical and empirical research in health ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization skills and proficient time management
  • Interdisciplinary teamwork experience an asset
  • Fluency in French and English

Terms and conditions of employment

  • Temporary position (This is a part-time position for 6 months, 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of renewal).
  • Contribution to the Régime de retraite des employés du gouvernement et des organismes publics (RREGOP) 
  • Employee assistance program
