The IRCM is offering a new bioinformatics training course in French!

Biological research generates enormous amounts of data from next-generation sequencing (NGS), particularly RNA-seq. However, most analysis tools require advanced programming skills—a barrier for many researchers.

This 3-day course organized by Canadian Bioinformatics Workshops (CBW) offers a concrete solution: learn how to analyze your RNA-seq data without a command line, using the Galaxy platform, a comprehensive web-based bioinformatics platform.

• Who is it for? Students, researchers, clinicians, from the public, private, or hospital sectors
• No programming skills required.
• Training offered in French— limited space (only 30 spaces available).
