FRSQ 2022-2023 Scholarships: a record harvest for IRCM students

IRCM students and postdocs have really outdone themselves this year by winning a record number of fellowships in the FRQS 2022-23 competition.

No less than 14 training awards (including one renewal at the postdoctoral level) were granted to our students and postdoctoral fellows, for a total of $979,451 in investment in the grey matter within our walls!

Overall, this year, the FRQ is offering $39.3M in training awards, $8M in career awards and $19.7M in research grants for a total of $67M in new awards for the year 2022-2023. Considering the commitments, the QRFs are investing $71.2M in scholarships and $190.4M in grants this year for a total of $261.6M.
