The IRCM community regrets to announce the death of J.-Robert Ouimet, member of the Board of Directors of the IRCM Foundation. Mr. Ouimet died at his home on July 18, 2018 at the age of 84. He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Holding O.C.B. Inc. and Ouimet-Cordon Bleu Foods Inc. – Paris Pâté – Clark Foods.
A man of commitment and conviction, he was active on some fifteen boards of directors, including those of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal and the HEC Montréal.
In addition to having served on the Board of the IRCM Foundation for nearly 14 years, Mr. Ouimet took part on the IRCM Board from 1994 to 2004.
At this time of sadness, we wish to offer our sincere condolences to the family and loved ones.
