Pictures will be taken during the event, and certain moments may be filmed. This material will be used for promotional purposes and stored in the IRCM archives. It may, among other things, be used partially or entirely across our communication platforms (website, news, social media, etc.). 

By registering, you agree to feature on audiovisual recordings of the event. Should you not want to give your consent, please note that it is always possible to attend the event online, via Zoom.
