A Resounding Success for the Edition of the WORKSHOP – From Research to Innovation

More than fifty participants attended the very first From Research to Innovation Workshop, held on Wednesday, October 22, at the Jacques-Genest Auditorium of the IRCM. The event was organized by the IRCM’s Technology Transfer and Innovation Office.

Focusing on the challenges of transforming research into tangible outcomes, the gathering aimed at early-career scientists, researchers, and anyone in the scientific community wishing to expand their impact and professional opportunities. Participants learned more about the mechanisms of research valorization, intellectual property, and strategies for building a career in biopharma, pharma, and innovation.

For the occasion, a panel of experts shared practical advice and insights into professional pathways, beyond traditional research.
