IRCM management is pleased to highlight several appointments and promotions within the Institute, reflecting the excellence and commitment of our researchers.
Michael Housset and Christian Trahan have been promoted to the rank of Senior Research Associate. This distinction recognizes their sustained contributions to the Institute’s mission and their valuable role in advancing our research activities.
In addition, two research unit directors received internal promotions:
- Martin Sauvageau has been promoted to Associate IRCM Research Professor
- Marlene Oeffinger has been promoted to Full IRCM Research Professor
These distinctions mark an important milestone in their career, and reflect the outstanding quality of their research accomplishments, their scientific leadership, their contribution to our institution’s growth and their commitment to training the next generation of researchers.
