Summary of the presentation:
During this presentation on quality and ethics in geriatric care, we will analyze how human flourishing can guide our practices as professionals and support patients and their loved ones. The usual concepts of quality of care will be discussed in order to demonstrate their limitations. This will be complemented by other elements more essential to geriatric patients and caregivers. Ethics can and must guide good care, as we will demonstrate in our presentation, which is aimed at anyone interested in geriatric care in Quebec.
