« Participating in the IRCM ECS3 Seminar Series was a privilege and had a profound impact on my confidence and visibility as a researcher. I presented to and met a diverse audience of peers and leaders, and built meaningful connections. The experience was fantastic and helped me in preparing for my next career move as an independent researcher. »
