Nutrition Month: Our nutritionists in action!

During the month of March, under the theme of The Ingredients for a Healthier Future, our nutritionists Chantal Blais and Andréanne Fortin are helping our internal community eat better and locally, while reducing waste.

Every week during the month of March, they will be at the IRCM cafeteria at lunchtime to give new tips and recipes, and present a “green” or a nutritious bowl prepared by the cafeteria’s team.

  • March 7: Poke bowl week.

Discover the tuna or tofu poke bowl and find out how to create your own power bowl using the ingredients you have on hand.

  • March 17: Nutritionists' Day.

Come and meet our nutritionists to discuss or ask your questions.
On the menu: barley casserole and tasting of a cheesecake in a verrine.
